Occupational Hearing Conservationists are the cornerstone of any effective hearing conservation program, whether they manage five employees or 5,000. The Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) requires employees exposed to potentially hazardous noise be monitored within their complex regulations. Occupational Hearing Conservationists are the front-line workers who ensure employees preserve their hearing and employers don’t lose time or resources on preventable workplace illness and injuries related to noise-induced hearing loss.
